BUYING GUIDE 05

Trolley Packing, Container Loading and Lead Time

Container loading and lead time should be planned once the model and configuration are known. Sharing destination, quantity, delivery window and packing preferences early helps establish a clearer project schedule.

01

Packing must suit product and transport

Packing is confirmed around product structure, surface finish, accessories, transport route and arrival handling. For project procurement, store allocation, labelling and spare-part management can also be considered.

Final packing follows the approved product and transport plan; a single example should not be used to infer every model.

02

Preparing container-loading information

Container planning normally requires product dimensions, nesting or knock-down arrangement, packing dimensions, order quantity and target container type. Different trolley models, accessories and packing methods affect the actual loading arrangement.

If shipment batches, destination port or project milestones are fixed, include them in the enquiry for an integrated assessment.

03

Lead time follows the approved order

Lead time depends on model, custom scope, quantity, sample confirmation, production scheduling, packing and transport arrangements. It is confirmed in the quotation or order discussion once project conditions are clear.

For a fixed store-opening or rollout date, allow time for sampling, approvals and transport.
